Our experienced reception team is available throughout every shift to assist with client introductions, room management, scheduling, and general support. Whether you’re new to the industry or highly experienced, you’ll always have someone available to help if you need assistance.

Therapists generally have the flexibility to work day, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts. Availability varies depending on demand and venue scheduling requirements.

Yes. Independent erotic massage therapists can generally nominate their preferred days and hours, subject to venue scheduling requirements. Many therapists successfully balance work around study, family commitments, or other employment.

Therapists discuss services and agreed pricing directly with their clients before each booking. Payment for services is made directly to the therapist, while clients separately pay the venue’s room hire fee to reception before their appointment begins.

Yes. We maintain comprehensive workplace policies covering health and safety, hygiene, privacy, emergency procedures, and incident reporting. Reception is staffed throughout operating hours, and CCTV monitors reception and common areas, including the hallways outside treatment rooms. There are no cameras inside treatment rooms, ensuring privacy for both therapists and clients.

Your first shift is designed to help you become familiar with the venue and its procedures. You’ll be shown around the facilities, introduced to the reception team, guided through the booking process, client introductions, room procedures, and workplace expectations. New therapists are encouraged to ask questions throughout the shift, and our team is always available to provide guidance and support.

Yes. We provide an induction for all new therapists covering workplace procedures, client introductions, professional standards, personal safety, hygiene expectations, and how bookings are managed. Ongoing support is also available from our experienced management team.

Yes. As an independent erotic massage therapist, you are always in control of the services you choose to provide. You have the right to set your own personal and professional boundaries and may decline any service or client if you are not comfortable.

Before every booking, you can discuss the client’s expectations and agree on the services you are willing to provide. If an agreement cannot be reached, you are under no obligation to proceed.
